Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel affiliated with Paranaque National High School - San Antonio High School Annex are transferred to the new San Antonio National High School ParaAaque.
- All assets, liabilities, and records of the annex likewise transfer and are absorbed by the new independent school.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of San Antonio National High School ParaAaque in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
- Initial funding for the school will be charged against the current year’s appropriation for the Paranaque National High School - San Antonio High School Annex.
- Subsequent necessary funding for operation shall be allocated through the annual General Appropriation Act.
Rulemaking and Implementation
- Within 120 days after the law’s approval, the Secretary of Education must formulate the necessary rules and regulations to implement this law effectively.
Effectivity of the Law
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

- The law was approved by both Houses of Congress and signed by the President of the Philippines.
- This legislative measure ensures the full administrative and financial independence of the new school while providing continuity in personnel and institutional resources.
