Transfer of Personnel, Assets, and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Malamig National High School - Maligaya Annex are fully transferred to the newly established President Diosdado Macapagal Memorial National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to incorporate the operationalization of the new school into the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding is to be sourced from the current year’s appropriations allocated to the Malamig National High School - Maligaya Annex.
- Subsequent funding for the school's ongoing operation is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and Regulatory Authority
- The Secretary of Education is authorized to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and fulfill the objectives of the Act.
Effectivity
- The Act shall come into force fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
Legislative and Executive Approval
- The Act was passed by both legislative chambers with final approval by the President of the Philippines, ensuring its legal effectivity and enforcement.
