All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Malamig National High School - Maligaya Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the President Diosdado Macapagal Memorial National High School.
The Secretary of Education is tasked with including the operationalization and initial funding of the new school in the Department's program.
The initial funding is charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Malamig National High School - Maligaya Annex.
The continued operation will be funded through appropriations included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
To separate the Malamig National High School - Maligaya Annex, convert it into an independent national high school named President Diosdado Macapagal Memorial National High School, and appropriate funds for its operation.
