Funding and Budgeting Provisions
- An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos is allocated for the operation of Pavia National High School.
- Funding is sourced from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230, specifically for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports and intended for new national high schools.
- An additional financial support amounting to fifty percent of the school’s previous budgetary aid share paid before conversion will be released from the national assistance fund to local schools for the school's operation.
- Subsequent financial requirements for the operation and maintenance of the school are to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The provisions and mandates of this Act take effect immediately upon its approval date.
