: The main purpose is to convert the Pavia Municipal High School in the Municipality of Pavia, Province of Iloilo, into a national high school known as Pavia National High School.
: The Municipality of Pavia in the Province of Iloilo.
: The new name is Pavia National High School.
: The conversion takes effect upon the approval of the law.
: One hundred thousand pesos.
: From appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools.
: An additional amount corresponding to fifty percent of its share in the budgetary aid actually paid to it before the conversion shall be released for its operation from the national assistance fund to local schools.
: Such sum as may be necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
