Curriculum and Course Offerings
- The Parang National High School shall offer courses necessary for the vocational upliftment of its students.
- These courses are in addition to those currently being offered by the school prior to conversion.
Authority to Issue Implementing Rules and Regulations
- The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is granted the authority to promulgate rules and regulations.
- These rules and regulations are meant to ensure the effective implementation of the Act.
Funding and Financial Provisions
- An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos (₱100,000) shall be allocated for the operation of the school.
- This funding will come from appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for new national high schools.
- Additionally, an amount equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the previous budgetary aid paid to the school before conversion will be released from the national assistance fund for local schools to support its operation.
- Following this initial funding, the necessary amounts for the school's operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Absorption of Assets and Personnel
- All existing buildings, equipment, and property belonging to the Parang Municipal High School shall be transferred to the Parang National High School.
- The entire administrative staff and faculty members from the municipal high school shall also be absorbed by the national high school.
Repeal and Modification of Inconsistent Laws
- Any laws, orders, regulations, or parts thereof that conflict with this Act are modified or repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval, ensuring prompt implementation of the conversion and related measures.
