Questions (BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 456)

The main objective is to convert the Parang Municipal High School in the Municipality of Parang, Province of Maguindanao, into a national high school to be known as Parang National High School.

The law was enacted by the Batasang Pambansa in session assembled.

It shall be renamed as Parang National High School.

The school shall offer courses necessary for the vocational upliftment of students, in addition to the courses presently offered.

An amount of one hundred thousand pesos is allocated for the operation of the school from the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230.

An additional amount, corresponding to fifty percent of its previous share in the budgetary aid before conversion, will be released from the national assistance fund to local schools, and subsequent funding will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

All buildings, equipment, and property as well as the administrative staff and faculty members shall be absorbed by the new institution, Parang National High School.

Yes, all laws, orders, and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act are modified or repealed accordingly.

The Act took effect upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
