Implementation Timing

The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with implementing the provisions of the Act.
The national high school should become operational in the first school term following the effectivity of this law.

Funding and Budgeting

An initial amount of 100,000 pesos will be allocated for the school’s operation.
This funding shall come from appropriations under Batas Pambansa Blg. 230, designated for new national high schools.
An additional amount equal to fifty percent of the school's previous share in budgetary aid from the national assistance fund to local schools will be released for its operation.
Future operational and maintenance funding for the school is to be included annually in the General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

The Act becomes effective upon its approval on June 10, 1983.
