Conversion and separation rule
- Section 1 separates the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension located in Barangay Sta. Fe, Municipality of New Corella, Province of Davao del Norte from the Limbaan National High School.
- Section 1 converts the separated extension into an independent national high school.
- The independent national high school created by Section 1 is known as Sta. Fe National High School.
Transfer of personnel, assets, records
- Section 2 transfers all personnel of the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension to the Sta. Fe National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all assets of the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension to the Sta. Fe National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all liabilities of the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension to the Sta. Fe National High School.
- Section 2 transfers all records of the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension to the Sta. Fe National High School.
- The transfer is effected by absorption by Sta. Fe National High School under Section 2.
Funding and appropriations mechanics
- Section 3 requires the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Sta. Fe National High School in the Department’s program.
- The initial funding of Sta. Fe National High School must be charged against the current year’s appropriation of the Limbaan National High School – Sta. Fe Extension (Section 3).
- After initial funding, Section 3 provides that the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and implementing rules
- Section 4 mandates that the Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10724.
