RA 10724 separates the Limbaan National High School–Sta. Fe Extension in Barangay Sta. Fe, Municipality of New Corella, Davao del Norte, converts it into an independent national high school to be known as Sta. Fe National High School, and provides for appropriations for its operation.
The Limbaan National High School–Sta. Fe Extension is separated and converted into an independent national high school known as Sta. Fe National High School.
It legally disconnects the Sta. Fe Extension from the Limbaan National High School and creates a distinct and independent national high school with its own status as Sta. Fe National High School.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Limbaan National High School–Sta. Fe Extension are transferred to and absorbed by Sta. Fe National High School.

Because liabilities are also transferred and absorbed by Sta. Fe National High School, the new school becomes the entity responsible for the transferred obligations.
The Secretary of Education must include the operationalization of Sta. Fe National High School in the Department’s program, with the initial funding charged against the current year’s appropriation of the Limbaan National High School–Sta. Fe Extension.
Thereafter, the amount necessary for continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education shall immediately include the operationalization of Sta. Fe National High School in the Department’s program.
To issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of the Act.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Publication in the Official Gazette is a condition for effectivity; after publication, the law takes effect after 15 days.
