  • Minimum fixed salaries: President (₱45,000), Vice-Presidents (₱24,000 each), Secretary/Administrative Officer (₱15,000), Superintendents (₱18,000), Department Heads/Registrar (₱15,000), Professors (₱12,000), Associate Professors (₱10,400), Lecturers (₱50 per hour).
  • Compensation subject to Presidential Decree No. 985 and budget laws.

Appointment and Vacancy Protocol

  • Board sets compensation for personnel beyond those fixed salaries.
  • Vice-President for Technology acts as President in absence or vacancy.

Personnel and Transition

  • Current CSCST and extension unit personnel absorbed into new system.
  • Incumbent Vocational College Superintendent appointed first College President.
