Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel working at the former Logon Annex are transferred to the new Logon National High School.
- All assets (properties, equipment, resources), liabilities (debts, obligations), and records previously held by the Logon Annex are absorbed by the newly established school.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately include the operationalization of Logon National High School in the Department of Education's program.
- Initial funding will be charged against the current year's appropriations previously allocated to the Calape National High School - Logon Annex.
- Subsequent funding necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act (GAA).
Implementation and Rules
- The Secretary of Education has the authority to promulgate necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity and Publication
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette, ensuring official dissemination and legal enforcement.
Legislative Approval and Certification
- The Act was passed by both Houses of Congress on September 20, 2012 (House of Representatives) and January 28, 2013 (Senate).
- It was approved by the President of the Philippines on April 8, 2013, thereby becoming law.
