Establishment of School of Nursing and Midwifery
- A School of Nursing and Midwifery is to be established within the Aurora General Hospital.

Appropriation of Funds for Establishment and Operation
- An initial amount of one hundred thousand pesos is authorized to be appropriated from the national treasury for the fiscal years 1968 to 1969 to facilitate the implementation of this Act.
- Following the initial appropriation, funding for the ongoing operation and maintenance of the hospital and its programs shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity Clause
- The Act becomes effective immediately upon its approval, authorizing the conversion, expansion, and establishment of the hospital and educational programs without delay.
