The Nursing course shall be offered only if the bed occupancy of the hospital has reached eighty percent.

One hundred thousand pesos.

Out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.

For the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-eight to nineteen hundred and sixty-nine.

Such sums as may be necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
