Budget Appropriation
- The funds necessary for the land acquisition will be allocated in the city's annual budget following the ordinance's approval.
Subdivision and Resale of Acquired Parcels
- Once acquired, the parcels will be subdivided.
- The subdivided lots shall be sold at cost or through an installment payment scheme.
- The installment term shall not exceed twenty (20) years.
- Qualified member-beneficiaries of Tahanan ng Taga Sampaloc, Inc., who are actual occupants of the land, are eligible to acquire the parcels.
Publication and Posting of Ordinance
- The ordinance shall be published in newspapers with general circulation.
- It shall also be posted in conspicuous places for public information.
Effectivity
- The ordinance takes effect upon approval by the City Mayor.
- It was enacted on September 28, 2015, by the City Council of Manila.
- The ordinance carries the signatures of the City Council President Pro-Tempore and Mayor, confirming formal approval.
