Guidelines for DTI Certification of MSEs Buying PNP Chemicals

Section 2 sets the technical descriptions of the Candon City Ecotourism Zone by survey point coordinates starting at point 1, marked as identical to MBM No. 31, CAD 103, Candon Cadastre Ilocos Sur.
Section 2 provides the successive directional and distance lines from point 1 through points 2 to 64 using the bearings shown.

Section 7 amends all laws, rules, regulations, proclamations, executive orders, or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act.
Section 8 provides that the Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.

Republic Act No. 11407 is titled: “Candon City Ecotourism Zone Declaration.”
The Act is approved August 22, 2019.
The Act’s publication appears in 115 OG No. 41, 11273 (October 14, 2019), and it also appeared in the Manila Bulletin, September 9, 2019.
The approval and enactment reflect that the bill originated in the House of Representatives, was passed in the House on January 22, 2018, amended by the Senate on May 27, 2019, and the amendments were concurred in by the House on May 29, 2019.
