- PCSD holds jurisdiction over wildlife species in Palawan pursuant to RA 9147 (Wildlife Resources Conservation and Protection Act).
Development Planning
- The Provincial Government must prepare and submit an integrated master development plan to the Office of the President.
Financial Provisions
- All revenues generated from Calauit Safari Park operations accrue to the Provincial Government’s treasury.
- Revenues are to be used solely for the management, maintenance, operation, and development of the park and project.
Support from National Agencies
- Department of Tourism (DOT), Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA), and DENR continue to provide promotional and technical assistance.
Repealing Clause
- Existing executive issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- The order takes effect 15 days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
