Rule-Making Authority

The Department of Education, Culture and Sports is mandated to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Transfer of Personnel, Records, Assets, and Liabilities

All personnel currently assigned to the annex are absorbed by the newly created Manguisoc National High School.
All official records are likewise transferred to the new school.
Assets and liabilities of the annex also become the responsibility of the Manguisoc National High School.

Funding and Appropriations

Initial implementation funding shall be charged to the current year’s appropriations of the Basud National High School - Manguisoc High School Annex.
Future operational and maintenance expenses will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity

This Act becomes effective immediately upon its approval by the President of the Philippines.
