Republic Act No. 8941 is an act that separates the Basud National High School - Manguisoc High School Annex in the Municipality of Mercedes, Province of Camarines Norte from the Basud National High School and converts it into an independent national high school known as the Manguisoc National High School.

The Basud National High School loses jurisdiction over the Manguisoc High School Annex, which becomes an independent institution known as the Manguisoc National High School.
