Rulemaking Authority and Enforcement
- The TESDA Chairman is mandated to issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement the Act effectively.
- These rules and regulations must be established within ninety (90) days from the law’s effectivity.
- Non-compliance or violation of this provision by officials will subject them to liabilities under Republic Act No. 6713, the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees," along with other applicable administrative or criminal sanctions.
Funding and Appropriations
- The funds required for the establishment of the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following the law’s enactment.
- Subsequent operational and maintenance costs shall likewise be covered in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
