  • The south boundary is the present Jimenez–Tudela boundary.
  • The east boundary is the limits of the municipal waters which Sinacaban shall have pursuant to Section 2321 of the Revised Administrative Code.
  • The barrios and portions included are:
    • Sinacaban (as the seat of the municipal government),
    • Sinonoc,
    • Libertad,
    • the southern portion of the barrio of Macabayao,
    • and the sitios of Tipan, Katipunan, Estrella, Flores, Senior, Adorable, San Isidro, Cagayanon, Kamanse, Kulupan, and Libertad Alto.
  • The municipality of Jimenez retains its present territory minus the portion included in Sinacaban.

Administrative organization and start date

  • Sinacaban begins to exist when the mayor, vice-mayor, and a majority of councilors are appointed and have qualified.
  • Upon that start, the municipality assumes governance for the territory described and enumerated.

Financial obligation for predecessor loan

  • Sinacaban assumes payment of a proportionate share of the loan of the municipality of Jimenez with the Rehabilitation Finance Corporation.
  • The proportionate share applies to the loan outstanding on the date of Sinacaban’s organization.
  • The proportion is determined by the Department of Finance.
