It used a line starting from point 1 (the center of the lighthouse on the Tabo-o point), then to point 2 on the bank of the Palilan River branch, and then followed Palilan River branch to point 3, and then a straight line to point 4 intersecting the Misamis Occidental–Zamboanga boundary.
The present Misamis Occidental–Zamboanga boundary.
The present Jimenez–Tudela boundary.
By the limits of the municipal waters that the municipality shall have pursuant to Section 2321 of the Revised Administrative Code.
Barrios included: Sinacaban (seat of the municipal government), Sinonoc, Libertad, the southern portion of the barrio of Macabayao; and also the sitios listed in the order.
Tipan, Katipunan, Estrella, Flores, Senior, Adorable, San Isidro, Cagayanon, Kamanse, Kulupan, and Libertad Alto.
The municipality of Jimenez shall have its present territory minus the portion included in the municipality of Sinacaban.
Upon the appointment and qualification of the mayor, vice-mayor, and a majority of the councilors.
Sinacaban would assume a proportionate share of the loan of the municipality of Jimenez with the Rehabilitation Finance Corporation as outstanding on the date of Sinacaban’s organization.

It maintains continuity by tying Sinacaban’s borders to existing provincial boundary lines (Misamis Occidental–Zamboanga, Jimenez–Tudela) and incorporates municipal waters limits under the Revised Administrative Code.
