Approval of Building Permit Application Format

The resolution is anchored on Section 302 (Application for Permits) of Rule III (Permits and Inspection) of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Building Code of the Philippines (P.D. 1096) (commonly referred to as IRR).
The referenced IRR Rule III, Section 302, 1 requires that applicants desiring to obtain a building permit and ancillary/accessory permit/s together with a Building Permit file applications on the prescribed application forms.
The referenced IRR Rule III, Section 302, 3(a) requires that applications be accompanied by five (5) sets of lot survey plans prepared, signed, and sealed by a duly registered and licensed geodetic engineer (for lot survey plans).
The resolution also recognizes conformity with measures, policies, and bylaws of the geodetic engineering professional organization and its board and commission guidelines.
