- PEZA is authorized to adopt standards from the National, Local, and Infrastructure Utilities Group (IUG) for matching positions.
- Key position titles and salary grades include:
- PEZA Director General (SG 30)
- PEZA Deputy Director General (SG 29)
- Division Chief III (SG 24)
- Enterprise Services Officer V (SG 22), among others.
- Adoption of these standards is immediate upon approval.
Qualification Standards for Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System
- Seven newly created positions including Corporate Board Secretary VI (SG 25), Chief Customer Services Officer (SG 22), and various Office Equipment Mechanic levels.
- Detailed education, experience, training, and eligibility requirements assigned per position.
- Example: Corporate Board Secretary VI requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years relevant experience, 32 hours training, and Second Level Career Service Eligibility.
- The standards take effect immediately after approval.
Qualification Standards for Land Bank of the Philippines
- Despite exemption from certain civil service laws, Land Bank aligns its standards with CSC policies.
- CSC affirms qualifications for thirteen positions elevated in rank due to new classification plans.
- Positions include Legal Officer (SG 7), Bank Teller (SG 5), Computer Operator (SG 4), and others.
- Approval is immediate following resolution.
Qualification Standards for Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)
- CSC approves standards for five newly created technical education specialist positions ranging from SG 13 to SG 24.
- Positions include Chief Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist and Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist I.
- Specifies educational attainment (Bachelor’s or Master’s), required experience, relevant training hours, and professional eligibility.
Qualification Standards for Public Attorney's Office
- Position of Public Attorney I was omitted in the 1997 Manual and now has established standards.
- Requirements include a Bachelor of Laws degree, 2 years relevant experience, 8 hours training, and RA 1080 eligibility.
Qualification Standards for Livelihood Corporation
- Two division chief positions newly created: Division Chief IV (SG 24) requiring a Master’s degree and four years supervisory experience, and Division Chief III (SG 23) requiring Bachelor’s degree and four years relevant experience.
- Both require management or job-relevant training and Second Level Career Service Eligibility.
Qualification Standards for Local Water District
- Positions of Assistant General Manager A (SG 26) and Assistant General Manager B (SG 25) approved.
- Both require a Bachelor’s degree and three years relevant supervisory or management experience.
- Eligibility requirement includes Career Service Executive Eligibility or Career Executive Service.
Procedures and Effectivity
- Qualification standards became effective immediately upon resolution.
