Adoption of the NYDP 1994–1998
- Section 1 approves the National Youth Development Plan (NYDP) 1994–1998.

Lead coordination and monitoring structure
- The Presidential Council for Youth Affairs (PCYA) coordinates the Plan’s implementation under Section 2.

- PCYA coordinates with concerned government agencies and Local Government Units (LGUs) under Section 2.
