Repealing Clause

  • All existing laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or amended accordingly to avoid conflicts.

Separability Clause

  • Should any provision of the Act be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such ruling shall not affect the other provisions which shall remain in full force and effect.

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval, enabling the prompt implementation of the provisions stated.
