Separation and conversion of school
- The Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) in the Municipality of Conner, Province of Apayao is separated from the Conner National High School in the same municipality.
- The separated school is converted into a separate and independent national high school.
- The converted school shall be known as Conner Central National High School.
Educational offerings and authorization
- Conner Central National High School shall offer secondary education proper.
- Conner Central National High School shall offer secondary science courses to carry out its objectives.
- The offering of secondary education proper and secondary science courses is subject to authorization by the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
Department of Education rulemaking
- The Department of Education, Culture and Sports is required to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of Republic Act No. 8414.
Transfer and absorption of personnel and records
- All personnel of the Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) are transferred to and absorbed by Conner Central National High School.
- All assets of the Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) are transferred to and absorbed by Conner Central National High School.
- All liabilities of the Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) are transferred to and absorbed by Conner Central National High School.
- All records of the Conner National High School - (Ripang Annex High School) are transferred to and absorbed by Conner Central National High School.
Appropriations and funding provision
- The amount necessary to implement Republic Act No. 8414 must be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following enactment into law and thereafter.
