Title and consolidation of offices

Legal basis and repealing provision
- Section 4 repeals so much of Act Numbered Two hundred and ten and its amendments as may be inconsistent with Act No. 633.

Provincial board composition
- Section 2 provides that the provincial governor, provincial supervisor-treasurer, and division superintendent of schools for Isabela and Cagayan constitute the provincial board.

Provincial supervisor-treasurer: bond, salary, duties
- Section 3 requires a bond of twelve thousand dollars for the provincial supervisor-treasurer.
- Section 3 sets the annual salary of the provincial supervisor-treasurer at two thousand two hundred dollars, payable monthly.
