Act No. 633, enacted on February 10, 1903.
The offices of provincial treasurer and provincial supervisor of the province of Isabela.
The office thus formed shall be known as the office of provincial supervisor-treasurer.
The provincial governor, the provincial supervisor-treasurer, and the division superintendent of schools for Isabela and Cagayan.
No. They shall receive no additional compensation for such services.
A bond of twelve thousand dollars.
Two thousand two hundred dollars annually, payable monthly.
They shall be the same as the qualifications and duties of the provincial supervisor and provincial treasurer as outlined in the Provincial Government Act.
The requirement that the provincial supervisor shall be a competent civil engineer and surveyor does not apply.
He may employ a foreman in charge of the repair and construction of roads.
Not to exceed sixty dollars a month.
So much of Act No. 210 and its amendments as may be inconsistent with Act No. 633.
Act No. 210 extending the provisions of the Provincial Government Act is extended to the province of Isabela.
It states that the public good requiring speedy enactment of the bill justifies expedited passage in accordance with Section 2 of “An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws,” passed September 26, 1900.
