Amended Standard for “PR 64.E BLEEDERS”
- PR 64.E BLEEDERS is amended by changing the penalty scheme for bleeder cases.
- For the 1st Offense, the amended rule requires indefinite suspension together with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial.
- For the 2nd Offense, the amended rule requires Thirty (30) days suspension together with Veterinary Clearance and One (1) Barrier Trial.
- For 3rd & Succeeding Offense, the amended rule requires Thirty (30) days suspension together with Veterinary Clearance and Two (2) Barrier Trials.
Effectivity and Publication Rule
- The amended rule takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication.
- The rule’s implementation timing is governed by the publication-based effectivity period of 15 days.
