There are three Assistant City Attorneys to assist the City Attorney as directed.
First Assistant City Attorney receives PHP 6,000 per annum.
Second Assistant City Attorney receives PHP 5,100 per annum.
Third Assistant City Attorney receives PHP 3,720 per annum.

Repeal of Conflicting Provisions

Section 2561-A of the Revised Administrative Code and any inconsistent laws or provisions are repealed.

Effectivity Clause

The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.
