It amends certain sections of the Charter of the City of Baguio to provide a new schedule of salaries for city officials and to increase the number of assistant city attorneys.
Sections 2545-A, 2551, and 2561 of the Revised Administrative Code are amended.

There shall be a vice-mayor who shall be a member of the city council; during the absence of the mayor from the city or his disability for any reason, the vice-mayor shall discharge the duties and exercise all powers except removing any officer from office.

There shall be three assistant city attorneys who shall assist the city attorney as the city attorney shall direct.
First assistant: six thousand pesos per annum; second assistant: five thousand one hundred pesos per annum; third assistant: three thousand seven hundred twenty pesos per annum.
It repeals Section 2561-A of the Revised Administrative Code and all laws or parts thereof inconsistent with RA 1819.
It repeals not only the specified section (2561-A) but also any other provisions that conflict with the salary/position amendments made by RA 1819.
