- Department Secretaries, Executive Secretary, Commissioner of the Budget, Social Welfare Administrator, Administrator of Economic Coordination, Chairman of the National Economic Council, Chairman of the National Science Development Board, officials with Secretary rank, Associate Justices of the Court of Appeals, Solicitor General, Commissioner of National Integration Commission, and officials with equivalent rank: PHP 24,000 each.
- Secretary of the Senate, Secretary of the House of Representatives, Presiding Judge of the Court of Industrial Relations, Presiding Judge of the Court of Tax Appeals, Deputy Auditor General: PHP 20,000 each.
- Associate Judges of the Court of Industrial Relations, Associate Judges of the Court of Tax Appeals, Judges of Courts of First Instance and officials of equivalent rank, Judges of the Court of Agrarian Relations, Judge of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, Public Service Commissioner: PHP 19,000 each.
- Chairman, Civil Service Board of Appeals, Chairman, Code Commission, Department Undersecretaries, Assistant Executive Secretaries, Chairman of the Games and Amusements Board, Administrator of the Philippine Veterans Administration, Commissioner of Tariff Commission, Associate Commissioners of Public Service Commission, Associate Commissioners of the Commission on National Integration, and officials with Undersecretary rank: PHP 18,000 each.
- Members of the Civil Service Board of Appeals and Members of the Code Commission: PHP 16,000 each.
