Associate Judges of the Court of Industrial Relations, Associate Judges of the Court of Tax Appeals, Judges of the Courts of First Instance and officials of equivalent rank, Judges of the Court of Agrarian Relations, the Judge of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and the Public Service Commissioner receive nineteen thousand pesos annually.
The Chairman, Civil Service Board of Appeals; the Chairman, Code Commission; Department Undersecretaries; Assistant Executive Secretaries; the Chairman of the Games and Amusements Board; the Administrator of the Philippine Veterans Administration; the Commissioner, Tariff Commission; the Associate Commissioners of Public Service Commission; the Associate Commissioners of the Commission on National Integration; and officials with the rank of Undersecretary of Department receive eighteen thousand pesos annually.
Members of the Civil Service Board of Appeals and the Members of the Code Commission receive sixteen thousand pesos annually.
They earn twelve thousand pesos annually.
This Act takes effect upon its approval.
