    • Sectoral representatives as provided by law.

Legislative Districts and Election of Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members

  • The City of Antipolo is divided into two legislative districts effective from the next national elections after the law’s effectivity.
  • Barangays composing the First District for legislative purposes: Bagong Nayon, Beverly Hills, De la Paz, Mambugan, Mayamot, Munting Dilao, San Isidro, Sta. Cruz.
  • Barangays composing the Second District for legislative purposes: Calawis, Cupang, Dalig, Inarawan, San Jose, San Juan, San Luis, San Roque.
  • Two elective members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board) are also elected by these legislative districts.
  • Each district of Antipolo City is entitled to one representative to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Rizal.

Repeal and Effectivity

  • All laws, executive orders, regulations, or parts thereof inconsistent with the amendments are repealed or modified accordingly.
  • The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in at least two newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
