Repeal of inconsistent laws

  • Section 4 repeals or modifies all laws, executive orders, regulations, or parts thereof that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 9232.
  • Any inconsistency with the amended provisions of Republic Act No. 8508 is resolved by the repeal or modification effected by Section 4.
