Operationalization and Funding
- The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall include the operationalization of these seven branches in the Court's program.
- Funding necessary for the operation is to be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
- Appropriation and release of funds are conditional on the actual organization of the courts and appointment of personnel.
Amendments to Existing Laws
- Section 14(d) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, is modified to reflect the changes made by this Act.
- All other laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.
Effectivity and Publication
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after complete publication.
- Publication must be in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
Legal Formalities
- The Act details its approval and passage dates in both the House of Representatives and Senate.
- It includes signed attestations from the President of the Philippines, Senate President, and Speaker of the House of Representatives, evidencing its enactment.
