Assignment of Branch Numbers

Funding for these courts must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 14(e) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, and other inconsistent provisions are repealed, modified, or further amended to align with this Act.

Effectivity

The Act takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
