Republic Act No. 10603

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10603 is to create two additional branches of the Regional Trial Court in the Fourth Judicial Region, specifically to be stationed at the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
: Two additional Regional Trial Court branches are created under Republic Act No. 10603.
: The new Regional Trial Court branches are created in the Fourth Judicial Region.
: The Supreme Court assigns the respective branch numbers for the newly created Regional Trial Court branches.
: The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the Court's program.
: Funds for the operation of the newly created courts shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act and shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and appointment of personnel.
: Republic Act No. 10603 amends Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, also known as The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, as amended.
: Provisions of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 that are inconsistent with Republic Act No. 10603 are deemed repealed, modified, and/or further amended.
: Republic Act No. 10603 takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
: Republic Act No. 10603 was approved by President Benigno S. Aquino III on June 11, 2013.
