Operationalization and Funding

The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall include the operationalization of this additional RTC branch in the Court’s program immediately.
Funding for the RTC branch will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Appropriation and release of funds are conditional upon the actual organization of the court and the appointment of its personnel.

Amendment of Existing Laws

Section 14(k) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, also known as the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, is amended to reflect the creation of the new RTC branch.
Any other existing laws, rules, or regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication.
Publication must be made either in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
