The Supreme Court is empowered to assign the branch number to the newly created RTC branch.

Operationalization and Funding

The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall include the operationalization of this new RTC branch in the court's program.
The funding for the operation of the court will be included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.
Funds necessary for the court’s operation will only be appropriated and released upon actual organization of the court and appointment of personnel.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 14(c) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, will be amended accordingly to accommodate the creation of the new RTC branch.
Any other laws, executive orders, and related rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are modified, repealed, or amended as necessary.

Effectivity of the Act

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two newspapers of general circulation.
