Amendments to Existing Laws

  • Section 14(c) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, will be amended accordingly to accommodate the creation of the new RTC branch.
  • Any other laws, executive orders, and related rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are modified, repealed, or amended as necessary.

Effectivity of the Act

  • The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two newspapers of general circulation.
