The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10702 is to create an additional branch of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in the City of Meycauayan, Province of Bulacan, in the Third Judicial Region.

RA No. 10702 took effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two newspapers of general circulation.
All laws, executive orders, and rules and regulations inconsistent with RA No. 10702 are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.
