Conditions Constituting Qualified Theft
- The theft is committed by a domestic servant.
- The theft involves grave abuse of confidence by the offender.
- The property stolen includes motor vehicles, mail matter, or large cattle.

- The property stolen includes fish taken from fishponds or fisheries.
Penalties for Qualified Theft
- The penalties for qualified theft are elevated and are the penalties next higher by two degrees than those specified for ordinary theft in the immediately preceding article of the Revised Penal Code.
Legal Amendments and Effectivity
- This provision amends Article 310 of the Revised Penal Code as previously amended by Commonwealth Act No. 417.
- The amendment took effect immediately upon approval on June 14, 1947.
