Conversion of UP School of Forestry to College

Section 1 creates a college of the University of the Philippines known as the “College of Forestry.”
Section 1 provides that the College of Forestry shall embrace all work previously carried on in the School of Forestry of the University of the Philippines.

Section 2 makes the Director of Forestry the ex-officio Dean of the College of Forestry.
Section 2 provides that the Director of Forestry serves as Dean without additional compensation.
Section 2 authorizes the Director of Forestry to detail, on a part-time basis, regular members of the Bureau of Forestry as may be necessary for instruction of the students of the College of Forestry.
