Death Benefits

  • Draftees or trainees on extended tour killed in action are automatically enlisted as private in the Regular Force on the date of death.

Repeal and Effectivity

  • All laws, rules, or regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.
  • The decree takes effect starting October 1, 1977.
