  • Failure to renew Temporary Use Permit on time results in a fine equal to 50% of the prescribed fee but not less than P500.
  • If the violation is committed by a corporation or partnership, responsible officers and professionals involved are held liable, including referrals to professional regulation authorities.
  • Building officials issuing permits without proper clearance are also subject to penalties and referrals for appropriate administrative action.

Renumbering of Sections

  • Previous Sections 2 and 3 of MMDA Regulation 98-007 have been renumbered as Sections 3 and 4 respectively.

Effectivity Clause

  • The amended regulation takes effect 15 days after publication in two newspapers of general circulation in Metro Manila.
