  • Marine Park map must use a size variable (same as the National Park map entry) and a scale of 1:50,000.
  • Marine Reserve map must use a size variable (same as the National Park map entry) and a scale of 1:50,000.
  • Game Refuge and Bird Sanctuary map must use a size variable (same as the National Park map entry) and a scale of 1:50,000.
  • Municipal/ Barangay Tree Park maps must be 21 x 33 cm in size and must use a scale of 1:500.

Implementation effectivity

  • DENR Administrative Order No. 72-1 takes effect immediately.
  • DENR Administrative Order No. 72-1 adopts the enumerated protected-area surveying and mapping rules for integration into the amended DENR Administrative Order No. 72 (1990) framework.
