To amend DENR Administrative Order No. 72 (1990) by standardizing the survey instrumentation and procedures, specifically for the verification and approval of maps for national parks and other protected areas.

The Land Classification (LC) Survey Team assigned in the Regional Offices.

Upon issuance of the survey authority by the Regional Executive Director.

An evaluation report of the Regional field personnel and PAWB (Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau).

The Regional Office forwards the original map with the technical description to the DENR for approval of the Secretary.

NAMRIA (National Mapping and Resource Information Authority).

The boundaries shall be marked permanently with concrete monuments on the ground.
