Separation and creation of school
- The Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex in Barangay Cabacanan Proper (Seven Cities), Municipality of Alimodian, Province of Iloilo is separated from the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School.
- The separated campus is converted into an independent national high school.
- The independent national high school is known as Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
Transfer and absorption of personnel, assets, records
- All personnel of the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
- All assets of the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
- All liabilities of the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
- All records of the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
Funding and appropriation rules
- The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of Adriano Cabarbo National High School.
- The initial funding of the operationalization is charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Alimodian National Comprehensive High School—Cabacanan Annex.
- After the initial funding, the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementing authority and regulations
- The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 9940.
