It is a legislative enactment that legally separates and converts a school annex into an independent national high school and renames it as Adriano Cabardo National High School.
It indicates that the new independent national high school becomes the successor in terms of personnel, assets, liabilities, and records, thereby continuing institutional functions under the new entity.
Because the Act’s coverage and identity of the school being separated are fixed by those descriptors, which reduces ambiguity about which annex is affected.
