Addition of RTC Branch in Guimbal, Iloilo

Section 1 creates an additional Regional Trial Court branch in the Sixth Judicial Region.
The newly created branch must be stationed at the Municipality of Guimbal, Province of Iloilo.
Section 1 directs the Supreme Court to assign the branch number for the newly created RTC branch within the Sixth Judicial Region.

Section 2 requires the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, to include the operationalization of the additional RTC branch in the Court’s program.
Section 2 requires that the funding for the operationalization of the additional RTC branch be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 2 provides that funds for the operation of the newly created court are appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the court and the appointment of its personnel.
Section 2 makes actual organization and personnel appointment conditions precedent for the release of operating funds.
